England's Group Stage Fixtures
England have been drawn into Group L alongside Croatia, Ghana and Panama.

The Knockout Stages
The 2026 World Cup is the first to feature 48 teams, meaning there is an additional knockout round before the traditional last 16. The top two teams from each group, plus the eight best third-placed teams, progress to the knockout stage.
Round of 32
š 28 June to 3 July
If England qualify from the group, this will be their first knockout match.
Round of 16
š 4 July to 7 July
Win in the Round of 32 and England move into the last 16.
Quarter-Finals
š 9 July to 11 July
This is where the tournament starts to feel serious. Just eight teams remain and every match has the potential to be a classic.
Semi-Finals
š 14 July to 15 July
Only four teams left. Win here and you're heading to the World Cup Final.
Third-Place Play-Off
š Saturday 18 July
